All sales are final unless a product as has been deemed to be defective. Knife marks on cutting boards are normal from use and are not a defect. Bark flaking and shedding on live edge products is normal and not a defect. Separation of joints on custom woodworking items is not normal and is considered a defect under most circumstances.
